A slightly wet but good running day for another fast pair of Pentland Road races.
Once again we saw many PBs and great performances.
At the fast end of the field, Michael Macmillan (32.58) out smarted Willie MacRury (33.04) in the last few stages of the Pentland Road 10k. Norman Ferguson was 3rd 36.20.
In the 5k Lewis grant (16.14) got the better of training partner Murdo Alex Mackenzie (16.24)
