Medals and Trophies
Medals
will be awarded to all finishers in both races. There will be awards
for first, second and third males and females, winning team, male and
female veterans, and the first local male and female runners.

Please note only one prize will be awarded per runner, eg if a V40 runner finishes 2nd they will be awarded the 2nd place trophy and the first V40 outside the top three will receive the V40 prize.The only exception to this will be the local prizes which will be awarded even if they have won another trophy.
Veteran runners will receive the awards in their own category only, so even if a V45 finishes ahead of a V35 they will receive the V45 trophy.

Hebridean Three-Race Challenge
The Stornoway Half Marathon forms part of the Hebridean Three Race
Challenge. Runners who take part in three out of five Half Marathons;
Stornoway, Benbecula, Isle of Skye, Isle of Barra and Isle of Harris will
receive a special commemorative memento, and there will be team and
individual prizes across the series. If you want a change of scene, you
