Chris Bennet Coaching Session

Tuesday 1st October 2013

6.00pm at the track

I'm sure you're all having a fantastic end of season break. To give you a wee break from your 'break' though we've got a great coaching session lined up for Tuesday night at the track from 6 til 7.30pm. It will be fun practical session for all levels.

Open invite to all to come down to the track on Tuesday night for a throws coaching session with Scotland's top hammer thrower - Chris Bennet. This session will benefit coaches and athletes alike, so please make every effort to attend.

For some of you it's a chance to find out more about shot putt and javelin after some great performances at the tri-match event, in many cases your first attempts at these throws events. For others it'll be just the chance to try something new and hear what it takes to become a top class national athlete. The main thing is though - don't miss out ! It's not often we get this chance.
